Welcome to “Your Story, Your Legacy,” a place where the rich tapestry of your family’s lineage, heritage, and stories are woven into the fabric of your descendant’s journey to assist in navigating life’s complexities.
As a family with deep roots in the rural South, we understand the importance of knowing and preserving records regarding your bloodline—a legacy that was obscured and muddied during the dark era of slavery.
We heard tales of resilience, strength, and triumph from our elders. Those stories were more than just words; they were lifelines connecting us to our past and guiding us toward our future. However, many of those stories are lost because they were not documented. The stories would have had a much more significant impact on future generations if they had been captured when spoken.
Our ancestors’ stories were often silenced, and their names were lost to time. Through our work, we are dedicated to capturing and celebrating the voices and experiences of families who today desire to leave the inheritance of their tree of life and stories for those who will come after them to learn and grow from.
This is why the spirit of storytelling drives us to help others capture and honor their ancestral bloodline and legacies while the daylight remains. When the light is extinguished, the story and legacy will reside in the darkness, where they will not be heard.
